Salad With Yogurt Recipe

  1. Have green peppers and tomatoes washed and cleaned.
  2. Put them in a saucepan then heat on a high flame.
  3. When the peppers and tomatoes turn brown, turn them over with a spatula and cook the other side.
  4. Take the skin off of the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into small pcs; put them into a deep dish.
  5. Top with salt, pepper, cut garlic, yogurt and lowfat sour cream, and mix slowly.
  6. Over it put minced green parsley and serve cool salad.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
