French Vegetable Soup
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 lb lean veal, cubed
- 1 12 cups peeled cubed potatoes
- 1 cup cut green beans
- 1 cup cauliflower floret
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup sliced celery
- 12 cup chopped carrot
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 teaspoon dried savory
- 1 cup small broccoli floret
- 1 cup peas
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredient, except broccoli, peas, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding broccoli and peas during last 20-30 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
