Chicken Cacciatore Ii Recipe

• 1 chicken, cut up
• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 can tomatoes
• 1/2 glass white wine
• Garlic pwdr to taste
• Oregano to taste
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste

1. Brown chicken in extra virgin olive oil.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat for 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
