Natto and Thick Wakame Rice Bowl
- 1 pack Natto
- 50 grams Thick wakame (flavored is OK)
- 2 packets Natto sauce (sauce included with the natto)
- 2 packets Japanese mustard (included in the natto package) (optional)
- to taste Yuzu pepper paste (yuzu kosho)
- Combine all of the ingredients.
- And just top it over freshly cooked rice.
- If you like, mix in Japanese mustard or yuzu pepper paste before serving.
- This is a version with yuzu pepper (split natto, flavored thick wakame, and yuzu pepper).
