Spiced Apple Cranberry Bars
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 (6-ounce) package cranberry & spiced apple dried fruit blend*
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted, slightly cooled
- 3 Land O Lakes Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, dried fruit, baking powder and cinnamon in bowl; mix well.
- Pour melted butter, eggs and vanilla over flour mixture; stir until well mixed.
- Spread batter into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Bake 22-28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Combine all glaze ingredients in bowl; beat with whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle over cooled bars; cut into bars.
- *Substitute 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries, 1/2 cup finely chopped dried apples and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
