Chicken Fricassee With Rice Pilaf Recipe

  1. Cook 4 breasts in water (water to cover breasts) with bouillon cube, onion and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Save water for chicken stock.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into big chunks.
  4. In heavy pot heat 1/4 lb.
  5. butter.
  6. Add in flour and brown to a golden.
  7. Add in chicken stock to browned flour a little at a time, to make a gravy.
  8. Pour gravy over chicken pcs.
  9. Serve over rice pilaf (recipe follows).
