Pineapple Marshmallow Coleslaw Recipe
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 med. head cabbage, finely shredded (about 4 c.)
- 8 ounce. can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper; toss with cabbage, pineapple and marshmallows.
