Pisto
- 4 vegetable marrows
- 3 green peppers
- 350 g tomatoes
- 100 g onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- 14 liter oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- peel and chop the vegetables, heat the oil, fry onions and garlic.
- add the rest, including salt and sugar, and cook until tender.
- Serve with fried egg.
