Herbed Beef Rolades Recipe

  1. Saute/fry celery and bell pepper in butter.
  2. When they become transparent, set aside.
  3. Roll each steak with 1/4 c. dry stuffing mix inside and tie with clean cotton string.
  4. Brown in warm shortening.
  5. In large skillet heat soup mix and 1 1/2 c. water.
  6. Add in beans, tomatoes, celery, peppers and steak rolls.
  7. Cook till tender.
  8. Remove meat and vegetables from liquid.
  9. To liquid, add in 1 Tbsp.
  10. flour to make gravy.
