Mixed Fruit Smoothie
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 6 strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 peach, peeled
- 13 cup blueberries
- 3 Tbs. soy protein powder or hemp protein powder
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp. honey or 1 packet no-calorie sweetener, optional
- Put all ingredients in blender, and puree until smooth.
