Chinese vegetable soup
- 50 grams bok choy (sliced)
- 50 grams cabbage (sliced)
- 50 grams nappa cabbage
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 clove garlic (sliced)
- 5 grams CM ginger (sliced)
- 100 grams chicken breasts (sliced with skin)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 450 ml water
- 1 tsp fish oil
- 1.
- Sautee the ginger and garlic in oil, until brown and fragrant
- Pour in water and place in the chickem
- Add seasoning and sesame and fish oil
- Cook chicken throughly
- Once chicken is cooked place in the vegetables
- Once the veggies are cooked ..... serve
