Stir-Fried Komatsuna and Shimeji Mushooms with Oyster Sauce
- 200 grams Pork (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch Komatsuna
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the stems off the shimeji mushrooms, and separate each of the mushrooms.
- Cut the komatsuna into 3-4 cm wide pieces, and wash in water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork over high heat.
- When it's cooked through, add the stem parts of komatsuna, and shimeji mushrooms, and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the leaves of komatsuna.
- When the komatsuna becomes soft and wilted, add the seasoning ingredients and mix it all together.
- Then you're all done!
