Stir-Fried Komatsuna and Shimeji Mushooms with Oyster Sauce

  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the stems off the shimeji mushrooms, and separate each of the mushrooms.
  3. Cut the komatsuna into 3-4 cm wide pieces, and wash in water.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork over high heat.
  5. When it's cooked through, add the stem parts of komatsuna, and shimeji mushrooms, and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the leaves of komatsuna.
  7. When the komatsuna becomes soft and wilted, add the seasoning ingredients and mix it all together.
  8. Then you're all done!
