Bacon-Wrapped Cowboy Hot Dogs

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Wrap bacon in spiral fashion around franks; secure with wooden toothpicks.
  3. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until bacon is crisp and franks are heated through, turning frequently.
  5. Meanwhile, combine beans, tomatoes, onions and peppers.
  6. Remove and discard toothpicks from franks.
  7. Cut long slit down top of each bolillo, being careful to not cut through to bottom.
  8. Fill with bean mixture and franks; top with mayo and mustard.
