Pecan Pork Tenderloin

• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Rosemary & Roasted Garlic Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
• 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
• 2 pork tenderloins (2 lb.), trimmed Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 2 tsp. olive oil

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Combine cheese mixture and nuts.
3. Brush meat with oil; coat evenly with nut mixture.
4. Place tenderloins, side-by-side, in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
5. Bake 30 to 35 min.
6. or until done (150 degrees F).
