Pizza Chicken

  1. EMPTY SHAKE'N BAKE Barbecue Sauce Style Onion and Garlic for Chicken into shaker bag.
  2. Add Italian seasoning and mix well.
  3. Moisten chicken.
  4. Shake one piece at a time in bag until evenly coated.
  5. CONVENTIONAL Oven: Place in an ungreased baking pan 13" x 9" x 2" deep (3x5 L).
  6. Bake chicken at 350F (180C) for 50 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese has melted.
  8. MICROWAVE Oven: (500-700 watt) Arrange in a dish.
  9. Cover with waxed paper.
  10. Microwave on FULL power for 13 to 15 minutes.
  11. Rotate dish a half turn, halway through cooking.
  12. Remove waxed paper and sprinkle with 3/4 cup (175 mL) grated Mozzarella cheese.
  13. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes, until cheese has melted.
