Pizza Chicken
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake BBQ Chicken Glaze Coating Mix
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 6 pieces of chicken (about 1 kg)
- 3/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese
- EMPTY SHAKE'N BAKE Barbecue Sauce Style Onion and Garlic for Chicken into shaker bag.
- Add Italian seasoning and mix well.
- Moisten chicken.
- Shake one piece at a time in bag until evenly coated.
- CONVENTIONAL Oven: Place in an ungreased baking pan 13" x 9" x 2" deep (3x5 L).
- Bake chicken at 350F (180C) for 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese has melted.
- MICROWAVE Oven: (500-700 watt) Arrange in a dish.
- Cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave on FULL power for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Rotate dish a half turn, halway through cooking.
- Remove waxed paper and sprinkle with 3/4 cup (175 mL) grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Let stand, covered, 5 minutes, until cheese has melted.
