Black Mushroom Cookies

  1. Combine cocoa (and oil), oil, and sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to chocolate mixture.
  4. Chill several hours or overnight.
  5. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  7. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes; centers will be somewhat soft.
  9. Cool on dry rack.
  10. Yields: 6 dozen.
