Easy Lettuce and Bacon Pasta with Yuzu Pepper
- 200 grams Long pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
- 3 to 4 leaves Lettuce
- 3 slice Bacon
- 1 1/2 tsp Yuzu pepper paste (or to taste)
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Dried-parsley, if you have some (to taste)
- Cut the lettuce and bacon into easy-to-eat sizes.
- Cook pasta two minutes shorter than the written cooking time and drain.
- Keep one ladle of the boiled water.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying-pan and stir-fry the bacon.
- Move them to one side and melt the yuzu pepper over the cooking liquid and soy sauce in the empty space.
- Put the pasta in and the lettuce in last.
- Then lightly stir-fry.
- Season with salt and black pepper, and dish up on a plate.
- If you have some,top it off with dried parsley, and it's done!
