The best turkey chili
- 40 oz Pinto beans
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 can Tomato puree
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 cup diced bellpeppers
- 4 clove chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1.Heat large pot medium high heat add olive oil chopped bellpeppers, garlic and onions sautee all together until soft
- Add Ground turkey to chopped vegetables cook until browned
- Add pinto beans pureed tomatoes and chicken broth and seasonings cook on medium high heat until it comes to a boil.
- Lower heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Then serve.
