Crusty Tuna Appetizers Recipe
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread, lg. crumbs or possibly cubes
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. corn flake crumbs
- Drain tuna oil or possibly water into bowl.
- Add in bread cubes, mix well.
- Fold in onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise.
- Flake tuna, add in.
- Blend well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Dip balls in evaporated lowfat milk, roll in crumbs.
- Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in moderate 375 degree oven for 10 min or possibly till brown.
- Makes 5 dozen.
