Crusty Tuna Appetizers Recipe

  1. Drain tuna oil or possibly water into bowl.
  2. Add in bread cubes, mix well.
  3. Fold in onion, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise.
  4. Flake tuna, add in.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  7. Dip balls in evaporated lowfat milk, roll in crumbs.
  8. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake in moderate 375 degree oven for 10 min or possibly till brown.
  10. Makes 5 dozen.
