Grape Nut Pudding

  1. Scald milk.
  2. Add grapenuts; let cool.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Beat 2 egg yolks with sugar; add to grapenuts.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  6. Beat egg whites last and fold in gently.
  7. Bake 1 hour or so in 350 degree (175 C.) oven.
