Fluffy 2-Step Cheesecake Squares
- 1 cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- Mix crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter.
- Press onto bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spread over crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares.
- Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
