Chia Seed Oatmeal

  1. Combine the oatmeal and 1 cup water.
  2. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until the oats are cooked.
  3. Add the chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, raisins, walnuts and agave nectar.
  4. Let sit 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the milk.
