Smothered Potatoes in onions with Polish Kielbasa

• 2 packages Kielbasa sausage (regular or turkey) sliced
• 1 large onion sliced ( I used Vidalia for a sweet flavor)
• 3 large Russett potatoes sliced french fry style or you can do circles
• 3 tbsp oil

1. preheat oil.
2. add onions, Kielbasa and saute.
3. Placed potatoes on top and cover.
4. Flip from time to time to mix ingredients.
5. once potatoes are soft its done.
