Low Cal Apple Pizza Tart
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 14 cup apple jelly, melted
- 4 medium apples, cored and slices
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pat and stretch dough to fit a 10x5" baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread jelly evenly on dough, then top with a layer of apple slices.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top.
- Bake 18 minutes, or until edges are golden.
