Sweetened Condensed Milk

• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/8 cups powdered milk

1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
2. Heat to boiling.
3. Reduce heat and cook until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes.
