Bow-Tie Pasta with Tuna
- 3 cups Bow Tie Pasta
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Red Pepper Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Leaves, Minced
- 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
- 1 can (5 Oz. Can) Flaked Light Tuna In Water, Drained
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add red pepper and garlic; saute for 3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients (except tuna) and cook until sauce is bubbly and cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in pasta and tuna.
