Lamb stew
- 4 cup diced potatoes
- 1 lb whole mushrooms
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 1/2 lb cooked or uncooked lamb if cooked its juices
- 1/2 cup chardonnay, I used Yellowtail
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 cup rippened olives
- 1/2 stick butter
- Chop the meat add the lamb liquid to a pot.
- Heat this up if uncooked cook till browned.
- I used my leg of salt crusted leg of lamb.
- Add mushrooms slice your onions.
- Add onions after mushrooms have cooked 6 minutes.
- Add half stick of butter, and chardonnay.
- Add salt, chopped celery, and garlic
- Add potatoes after it has cooke 7 minutes.
- cook till potatoes are fork tender.
- Add olive slices cook 5 minutes cover let rest 15 minutes.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
