Cheesy Guava Empanadas

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Roll 1 pastry sheet into 12-inch square on lightly floured surface; cut into 8 rounds with 3-inch cookie cutter.
  3. Repeat with remaining pastry sheet.
  4. Reserve trimmings for garnish.
  5. Spoon about 1 tsp.
  6. guava paste onto center of each pastry round; top with 1 Singles piece.
  7. Brush edges of pastry with egg; fold in half.
  8. Seal edges with fork.
  9. Garnish with reserved pastry trimmings as desired; brush with egg.
  10. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  11. Bake 15 min.
  12. or until golden brown.
