Oreo Mini Cheesecakes

• 2 packages cream cheese
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 12 Oreo cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350F, and prepare a muffin tin with paper cups.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in mixer until well blended.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Place one Oreo at the bottom of each muffin cup, then fill with batter.
5. Bake 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.
6. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
