Stir Fried Pork and Onion with Gochujang

  1. Peel the onion, cut it half, and slice.
  2. Coat the pork with ingredients.
  3. Mix the ingredients well in a bowl.
  4. Heat a pan with sesame oil.
  5. Saute the onion over medium heat.
  6. Add the pork.
  7. When they have browned, add the mixed ingredients, and pour the sesame oil.
  8. Serve to a plate, and sprinkle in the ground sesame seeds.
  9. It's done.
