Fresh Spring Rolls

  1. Cook rice noodles by package directions and set aside.
  2. Lay sliced meat, shrimp, carrots, sprouts and leaves on plate in a buffet style.
  3. Take one wrapper and gently submerge into warm liquid for 1/2 minute to soften.
  4. Put a small amount of noodle and other items on the wrapper and fold.
  5. Do not overfill.
  6. Dip into peanut sauce or hot sauce.
