Dinner Blintz Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 med. onion, minced (about 1 to 1 1/2 c.)
• 1 sm. green pepper, minced
• 1 c. minced Spanish green olives (added last)
• 1 jar Cheez Whiz
• Grape jelly

1. Make Bisquick pancake recipe - 1 egg, add in extra water to batter to make it thinner.
2. Brown beef, add in all ingredients except cheese.
3. Cook till onions are tender, pepper to taste.
4. Make pancakes large and thin.
5. Spread Cheez Whiz on pancakes and fill with meat mix.
6. Roll up like a burrito.
7. Serve with grape jelly.
