Broccoli Chicken and Potatoes

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add chickem; cook and stir on medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add water, broccoli and potaoes, stir.
  5. Cover.
  6. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until velvetta is completely melted and mizture is heated through.
