Sophie's bacon and cheese pancakes
- 110 grams flour
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 rashers of bacon
- 100 grams grated cheese
- Mix your flour, egg, milk and salt into a smooth batter.
- Mix in your cheese.
- In a frying pan cook your bacon until crispy.
- Remove your bacon, place 1/4 of it back in the pan.
- Pour 1/4 of your batter onto the bacon and cook your pancake as normal.
- Repeat for the rest of your batter.
- Serve and enjoy!
- I had mine with make syrup.
