Pineapple Parfait

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place pineapple rings in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet; set aside.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
  4. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over pineapple.
  6. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
  7. or until sugar is melted and bubbly.
  8. Cool.
  9. Cut each pineapple slice into six pieces.
  10. Spoon half of the pineapple evenly into six 8-oz.
  11. dessert dishes or parfait glasses.
  12. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  13. of the yogurt and 1 rounded tablespoonful of the cereal.
  14. Repeat all layers.
  15. Serve immediately.
  16. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
