Double Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  3. Beat eggs and oil in separate bowl with wire whisk until well blended; stir in bananas.
  4. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  6. Stir in cereal.
  7. Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased medium muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  9. or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
