Black Bean Guacamole
- 1 whole Large Tomato, Seeded And Chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion, Minced
- 1/2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 3 Ripe Avocados, Peeled, Pitted And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Pepper, Or To Taste
- 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Or More To Taste
- Stir tomato, red onion, black beans, and avocado together in a large bowl.
- Mix lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cilantro into avocado mixture and mash with a fork until desired texture is achieved.
- Serve immediately with chips.
