Soy-Lemon Chicken

  1. Place chicken skin side up in 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Pour soy sauce and lemon juice over chicken.
  3. Drizzle chicken with oriental sesame oil.
  4. Marinate chicken in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F.
  6. Cover chicken and bake 35 minutes.
  7. Uncover and continue baking until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes longer.
  8. Transfer to platter; garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
