Key Lime Cheesecake Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix crumbs, butter and sugar; press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. Cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  6. Add zest, juice and food coloring; mix well.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
  9. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
