Plum Good Ribs Recipe
- 3 to 4 lbs. pork spare ribs
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. plum jam
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 clove garlic
- Cut ribs into serving pcs; place in shallow, foil lined pan, meaty side down.
- Cover tightly with more foil; bake at 325 degrees 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining 5 ingredients.
- Remove foil; drain off drippings.
- Brush both sides of ribs with sauce; pour remaining sauce proportionately over ribs.
- Return to oven and bake 30 min, brushing ribs with sauce every 10 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
