House Antipasto Salad

  1. Combine all the salad ingredients.
  2. Note: Sundried tomatoes can also be added to the salad portion.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then blend into the salad- just enough to coat it, but not DRENCH it!
  4. Chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Best if made the night before!
