Pickled Hot Peppers With Oil Recipe

  1. Wash peppers.
  2. Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 min.
  3. Pack peppers into warm jars leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  4. Pour boiling liquid over peppers.
  5. Adjust caps.
  6. Process pints 10 min in boiling water bath (qts need 15 min).
  7. Makes about 8 pints.
