Cappuccino Mousse
- 12 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 14 cup nonfat milk
- 1 12 teaspoons baking cocoa
- 14 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 13 cup nonfat yogurt, coffee flavored
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 cup light whipped topping
- In a small saucepan pour in milk and sprinkle gelatin over; let stand 1 minute Heat over low heat stirring until gelatin is completly dissolved.
- Add coco and coffee, stir until dissolved.
- Transfer to a small mixing bowl and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
- Beat until lightly and fluffy.
- Combine yogurt and sugar; beat into gelatin mixture.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Divided between two dessert dishes.
- Refridgerate until firm.
