Black Olive Salsa Recipe

• 3 lb tomatoes minced
• 1 1/2 c. black olives sliced
• 1/4 c. onion diced
• 1/2 c. fresh cilantro minced
• 1 Tbsp. basil vinegar (or possibly regular vinegar)

1. Combine all ingredients and refrigeratefor several hrs in the refrigerator.
2. This is the preferred salsa for tacos on southern Arizona ranches.
3. Makes 3&1/2 c.
