Island Quesadilla

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic, mango, pepper and cinnamon; cook 3 min.
  3. stirring often.
  4. Add chicken; cook 10 min.
  5. or until cooked through, stirring often.
  6. Remove mixture from skillet; keep warm.
  7. Spread 1 tsp.
  8. cream cheese on each tortilla.
  9. Spoon warm chicken mixture evenly on half of each tortilla; top each evenly with cheese.
  10. Fold in half.
  11. Heat skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  12. Place quesadillas in skillet; cook 2 min.
  13. Turn over; cook 2 min.
  14. or until cheese melts and edges are lightly browned.
