Blueberry Pomegranate Pancakes

  1. BEAT egg, milk and oil in a large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add pancake mix; stir just until moistened.
  3. Stir in cereal.
  4. Let stand 5 for minutes.
  5. LADLE batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet, using 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.
  7. SERVE topped with berries and powdered sugar.
