Avocado Frappe Recipe
- 1/4 med ripe avocado
- 3 Tbsp. palm sugar - (packed) (or possibly light brown sugar)
- 3/4 c. plain soy lowfat milk
- 4 x ice cubes
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Whirl till smooth and thick.
- Pour into tall glass and serve.
- This recipe yields 1 serving.
