Miniature Fresh Fruit Tarts
- 1 package miniature graham cracker pie shells (6 small shells)
- 1 recipe Chunky Applesauce (page 250), Sugared Strawberries (page 249), or Fresh Berry Sauce (page 247)
- Low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt, optional
- Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 350F.
- Bake the pie shells according to package directions, remove from the oven, and allow to cool.
- Divide the filling of your choice among the shells.
- Top each with a small dollop of yogurt, and serve.
