Fried Curd
- 1 pound, 1-23 ounces, weight Curd
- 5 Tablespoons Oil
- 5 cloves Garlic, Chopped Finely
- 2 whole Onions, Chopped Finely
- 5 whole Green Chilis, Chopped Finely
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
- Add some water to the curd make it bit liquid-y (you can use a mixer for this).
- Add some oil to a pan and when hot, add the garlic.
- When garlic is bit browned, add the onion and green chilis, which will take some time to brown.
- Add salt and turmeric according to taste.
- Lower the heat on your stove and add the liquefied curd mixture.
- Let it warm for 20 seconds and take it off heat.
- Stir for approximately 1 minute.
- Now you are ready to serve it.
