Fried Curd

  1. Add some water to the curd make it bit liquid-y (you can use a mixer for this).
  2. Add some oil to a pan and when hot, add the garlic.
  3. When garlic is bit browned, add the onion and green chilis, which will take some time to brown.
  4. Add salt and turmeric according to taste.
  5. Lower the heat on your stove and add the liquefied curd mixture.
  6. Let it warm for 20 seconds and take it off heat.
  7. Stir for approximately 1 minute.
  8. Now you are ready to serve it.
