Pasta Ala Beprazed

  1. Brown ground meat in oil.
  2. When browned, add garlic, tapenade, cilantro, soy and hot sauce.
  3. Simmer on low until pasta is done.
  4. When pasta is done, add spinach to it, let it just come back to a boil, drain, add to meat mixture.
  5. Top with romano, and plate.
  6. Or, plate and top with romano.
  7. Your call.
